Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Daniel Ikubor, professionally known as Rema, has gained admission into University of Lagos(UNILAG).
He made this known in a post on his Twitter handle.
The fast rising singer revealed that he gained admission into UNILAG to study Creative Arts.
What if I told y’all I got an admission into Unilag? Lol Mom said I still need to get a degree sigh, oh well see you guys in class!” That was a tweet dropped casually by the Mavin Act.
Rema also revealed his plans for female students in the Federal tertiary institution, being a lady’s man that he is.
Rema said he’s open to older girls in their finals despite being a 100l intake
He tweeted; “Fresher no mean say I no go relate with final year student o, if you don’t gerrit forgeAboutrit 😉🍑”
In another tweet, Rema reassured his fans that he will drop his debut album before taking to the Yaba campus of the University of Lagos upon resumption.
“I go try drop the Album before I enter school, make dem no go beat me for Unilag, plus I’m in the Creative Art Department.”
Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, is a Nigerian singer and rapper. He rose to prominence with the release of the song “Iron Man”, which appeared on Barack Obama’s 2019 summer playlist. In 2019, he signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records.
