A fatal accident has occurred on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos, on Wednesday.
A commercial vehicle (Danfo) carrying several passengers reportedly crashed on the bridge.
According to report, passengers were thrown out of the bus and into the lagoon following the incident.
Although details of the accident are still sketchy as of the time of publishing this report.
A video of the incident obtained by DAILY GIST showed some passengers severly injured.
Nifemi Oguntoye, in a post on X, said: “The Federal Road Safety Corps has now employed local divers to search for two persons, male and female, still under the water.”
