In what’s coming as a really shocking development, Bandits have released a video showing its members celebrating the recent Eid-el-Fitr festival openly in Zamfara state.
The sh0cking video was first posted by Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, in a post on his X handle.
The terrorists, who seem to be unbothered about any apprehension by security operatives, gathered at the Eid ground located in Munhaye town of Zamfara state.
The video shows terrorists partaking in Eid festivities, a stark contrast to their notorious reputation for killings and kidnappings in the region.
Makama captioned the video on the micro-blogging platform “Bandits Releases Eid Celebration Video in Zamfara. “Bandits in Zamfara state have released a new video showing its members celebrating the recent Eid-el-Fitr festival in Munhaye community in Zamfara state.”
Nigerians have taken to their X handles to express displeasure with the terrorists’ gathering without being arrested or challenged by police personnel or soldiers.
