An International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) with its corporate global headquarters in the United State of America called YEM FOUNDATION (www.yem.foundation) has newly elected Simeon Odo as its national board of directors for Nigeria by the member of the company.

Simeon Odo who won the election with 72.32% of the vote has working experience on strategic business development and promotion, investment banking, investment advisory and consulting, foreign funding facilitation, financial brokerages services, digital business enterprise, entrepreneurship, risk management, leadership, strategic policy formulation and alternative dispute resolution.

The YEM Foundation is the Regulatory Authority for the digital currency YEM (Your Everyday Money) with sole obligation to take measures for protection and stability of YEM. Additionally, YEM FOUNDATION represents the YEM to the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations, as well as governmental institutions (e.g. central banks) and nongovernmental organizations. In accordance with the statutes of the United Nations, the YEM Foundation has the status of an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) and is therefore listed in the Yearbook of the Union of International Associations (UIA) with the identification number “XM7617“.

The YEM Foundation was founded in 2017 by more than 3700 Co-Founders from over 150 countries as an independent and non-profit umbrella organization, whose leadership consists of 7 democratically elected members. Thanks to the constant efforts of the YEM Foundation, more and more governments and financial institutions across the globe are aware of our ‘authority friendly’ digital currency. Thus, YEM can be used as a legal form of payment in many countries. YEM FOUNDATION currently has over 1,270,643 members from over 165 countries. The YEM FOUNDATION is recently seeking to have representation in all countries of the world through its NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

In Nigeria YEM FOUNDATION currently has over 100,000 members and YEM holders. The newly elected Nigeria Board of National Director of YEM FOUNDATION Engr. Simeon Odo has vowed not only to get about 5% of Nigeria population start benefiting from YEM project, but also to make YEM accepted as medium of exchange in Nigeria like it’s accepted in some other jurisdictions.

YEM has been created as a legal international form of payment. Due to its legal status, it can be used as an instrument for economic stimulation, especially to overcome the effects of the current global pandemic. The YEM Foundation is developing a Global Economic Stimulus Program (GESP) called “YEMCONOMY”, which is open for businesses, municipalities, authorities, and governments.

YEM is the perfect currency to organize the local, national, and international cashflow for any kind of charitable project. From receiving donations to the distribution of funds, the digital setup of YEM allows fast, secure, and cheap transactions with literally no room for misuse or manipulation, and at the same time the highest level of transparency.

One of the main goals of the YEM Foundation is the creation of an economic cycle where all products, services, and even taxes can be paid with YEM. The value of YEM is being determined by the algorithm, which is checking variety of factors in a real time, including, but not limited to the number and volume of transactions on YEMCHAIN, number of YEM holders, the USD inflation rate, etc. YEM has over the period of five years risen from price of 0.0001 to US$25,657.8482/YEM, with market Capitalization of US$554,667,561,485 and Current market Supply of 21,617,851.862 is set to become the best accepted digital fiat currency in the next few years. Investors who invested in buying and holding YEM coin few years are currently smiling as they have seen the price of YEM soar high while Bitcoin and pthers cryptos are on the path to irrelevance.

YEM (Your Everyday Money) has a legal status of the world’s first Digital Fiat currency (it is not crypto currency), which combines the benefits of block chain technology and the advantages of the dominating monetary system without the disadvantages like volatility, inflation, and manipulation, just to name a few. YEM is the legal tender of the Sovereign Order Bene Merenti and its Central Bank.
