The court of appeal on Friday in Abuja has granted three petitioners the leave to serve their petitions on the president-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu through substituted means.
The three petitioners are Atiku Abubakar, peter obi and allied peoples movement.
The petitioners who came through motion ex-parte prayed the court to grant their applications.
Justice Haruna Tsamani who presided over the ex-parte granted the application. the petitioners will now serve their petitions on the president-elect through the APC national secretariat, in Abuja.
