The residence of popular Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun has been gutted by fire on Sunday.
In a video shared by a popular Nigerian blog, Instablog, the raging fire was seen razing the building as resident who was recording the scene watched from afar.
Onlookers were seen panicking as they lamented, seeing the fire razing the building.
It was gathered that prompt arrival of the Firefighters assisted to reduce the impact of the inferno.
DAILY GIST could not immediately ascertained the cause of the incident as at the time of filling this report.
The comic actor took to his Instagram page to indicate he and his family are safe.
The movie star also implied that his wife and children are presently on vacation in the United States.
The comedian, who appeared to be currently in Alberta, Canada, said he cannot wait to join them.
“Family and God. That is what’s important. Everything else comes and goes. Can’t wait to join you guys in the US in a few days,” he wrote.
