Cairo Market in the Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State is currently on heavy fire, DAILY GIST is reporting.
The extent of the damage could not be ascertained, but DAILY GIST gathered that the Firefighters in Lagos have already stormed the scene and are currently trying thier best to put out a massive blaze in the buildings surrounding the market.
The Director- General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, who confirmed the incident
The cause of the fire outbreak is not known as at the time of publishing this report.
