#EndSARS: A Bane Or Boon To Our Country ?

Not less than two weeks ago, countless of youths in Nigeria started the agitation against the special Anti-Robbery squad (SARS), after their unlawful acts which are against the Nigerian constipation and humanity.

The protests started peacefully across all States in Nigeria.The protests tagged; ENDSARS, spread across some other nations. Furthermore, gone speedy among several countryside in the world like London, England, Toronto, Berlin and New York City.

Many celebrities and other influencer such as Davido, Wizkid, Beyoncé, Rio Ferdinand and also odion Ighalo also took part through an audio Protest which gave many Nigerian youths hope of restoring the country,End bad governance, End SARS, End police brutality and other hashtag.

Protesters raise flags to end Special Anti-Robbery squad (SARS) and also connect with volunteer and accept fund’s to spread the protest widely and peacefully calling for an end to SARS and police brutality.The protesters also pledge to remain vigilant until their request is granted.

Earlier, from the beginning of October 2020, the protesters comes out In large to take over since the Department of security service,DSS are unable to do nothing about the investigation into the shooting, rather Change SARS into SWAT.

“The SWAT cannot SWAT the SARS,and they cannot give us Justice and independence.And, obviously,we are seeking for Justice” says protesters.

We have to stand and speak for the coming generation and those who are gone. The ENDSARS protesters stated the protests after some increment in killing of youths occurs and not to allow SARS treat them like they are animals.”If law were not broken,we won’t be agitating to end SARS.

We want a nation where a child of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody,says popular Nigerian activist, Aishat Yesufu.
