A video has surfaced showing the moment a police officer, who was chasing a lady fell from a car in public
In a video obtained, the lady was trying to evade arrest by the police officer. She sneaked into her car and the officer ran to catch up with her.
However, the officer ended up falling down from the car after getting on it.
The officer suffered serious head injuries after falling from the car according to report. He was consequetly taken to Houston hospital.
Two women were arrested: Jamaa Butler (28) for intoxication assault and evading detention; Melissa Bell (22) for public intoxication, resisting arrest, interference with public duties, and assault on a peace officer.
