A short video showing the immediate past Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s detention has surfaced online.
Recall that Obiano was arrested by the anti-graft agency at Lagos airport on his way out of the country few hours after handing over to his successor, Charles Soludo
In the video which lasted 12 seconds, Obiano was seen sipping water from a bottle.
He was also discussing with an unidentified person in the video.
