Popular Nigerian singer, 2face Idibia on Tuesday, launched a recording studio at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
The singer decided to build and donate a state of the art music studio in the institution and Nigerians have reacted massively to his commendable gesture.
2Baba was greeted by a jubilant crowd of OAU students who couldn’t hide their excitement over the megastar’s presence.
OAU Vice Chancellor, Prof Eyitope Ogunbodede, gifted the Nigerian superstar a school bag as a way of appreciating him for turning up for the students.
The recording studio Tuface commissioned is housed in the school’s Department of Music and will serve the entire university.
2face used his Instagram handle to make the announcement and shared moments from the studio unveiling.
Photos and videos of the studio unveiling event have emerged online and Nigerians loved what they saw.
