A native doctor who specialized in collecting ‘used’ condoms for preparation of charms has been apprehended in Anambra State.
He was nabbed by the youths of Echara community in Awka North local government area of the state.
The man who identified himself as Anagbo Emeka, said he is from Umugbo, Aghamelum local government area of the state.
A video of the incident was shared on Facebook by Dr Uche Nworah.
The suspect confessed to contracting a woman, whom he said was a prostitute, to supply him with used condoms from brothels.
“I had an arrangement with a woman (prostitute) to sell to me used condoms. We agreed on the deal, and she delivered. However, I didn’t know she had other plans against me and leaked the secret. That’s the bad thing I have done,” the native doctor said.
Emeka pointed out that he used the collected items ‘used condoms’ to do charms for witchcraft.
He also confessed that he prepares charms for people entangled in conflict, land disagreement, and police cases, as well.
