Nigerians have called for the arrest of a man seen in a video flogging his wife with a wire.
The video shared by Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha showed the man abusing the wife as if she was a child.
The exact location the incident happened is not known, however, social media users have called on the police to immediately arrest the man.
