Following Queen Naomi’s announcement that her marriage to the Ooni is terminated, Nigerians flocked to the page of the putative new wife of the Ooni of Ife to write messages.
Additional reports also shows that when she is outside the country, she strictly wears white or ivory just as the wives of Yoruba monarchs are known for. It can also be seen on her Instagram account.
She shared a photo of her and the Ooni in the Palace during the Ooni of Ife’s last coronation ceremony and praised him.

Following reports that she is the new woman that forced Olori Naomi to leave, Nigerians have flocked her Instagram page to express their support.
DAILY GIST reports that Queen Naomi in a statement on Thursday announced her divorce from the monarch.
Naomi stated that she is no longer a slave to her thoughts of perfection.
She noted that her decision to move on was due to irreconcilable differences and not based on the decision of the monarch to marry another queen.
She added her marriage to the monarch was not an arranged one and debunked the rumours of her having a daughter before the boy, Tadenikawo, which she welcomed with the Ooni of Ife.
However reacting on the development, Ooni through his spokesman, Moses Olafare, said the alleged divorce is a rumour, asking the public to disregard the claim.
He said: “This is not the first time such rumours had been peddled. There was a time it was reported that she left the palace and the next thing, she gave birth. So, the story is not true and it should not be taken seriously.”
He disclosed that it was not aware of any separation between Quee Naomi and the monarch.
He said the messages of divorce posted by the Queen on her social media handle was not known to the palace.
The palace said something that is announced by one party without any agreement can not be said to be separation.
The palace added that the monarch was still in love with the Queen on the morning she announced the separation on social media.
“Separation is a two-way affair. It is not something that is announced by one party. The announcements of separation are subject to agreement by both parties, so, to that extent.
He noted that as of Wednesday evening, Ogunwusi and Naomi went to bed as husband and wife.
According to him, probe will be launched into whether or not Instagram page of Naomi was hacked.
