Following widespread complaints over an epileptic network fluctuations that left subscribers frustrated, MTN Nigeria has reacted.
The outage, which began on Friday and extended into Saturday, sparking outrage as customers struggled with disrupted communication and financial transactions.
Many users had taken to social media to express their grievances.
However, the telecom in message on Saturday issued an official apology, assuring customers that services have been fully restored.
MTN stated: “Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the challenges experienced with internet services yesterday in parts of Lagos State.
“This has been resolved, and services are fully restored. Thank you for your understanding.”
