Adolphus Wabara, former senate president, has been named the new chairman of the board of trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Wabara takes over from Walid Jibrin, who stepped down as the BoT chairman on Thursday.
Jibrin who announced his resignation on Thursday had complained about the lopsidedness in the party’s hierarchy following the emergence of Atiku Abubakar, a fellow northerner as Presidential candidate.
