StatiSense, a data consulting firm in Nigeria has released top ten safest states in the country in its latest ranking.

Insecurity has often become a trend in Nigeria as there have been a series of attacks across states in the country.

Particularly, North-central and Northwest states have witnessed a spike in terror with hundreds of deaths and kidnap victims in the last 18 months according to tracked data from the Nextier Violent Conflict.

Insecurity has come to characterize the lives of many Nigerians, and most have learnt to acknowledge the intrachtability of the threats they now face.

From Herdsmen killing, Boko Haram attacks, Bandits, unknown gunmen, Armed robberies, ethno-religious violence and most recently secessionist threats from IPOB/ESN, the country
never seems to run out of security bottlenecks.

Unfortunately, some states in the country has had to bear the
greater brunt of this security challenges. Even more disturbing is the fact that some are unluckily trapped at the very epicenter of this existential threats.
