The estranged wife of Politician Femi Fani Kayode, Precious Chikwendu, has taken to social media to share the video of last moment with the late comedian, Ada Jesus
The actress, whose real name is Mmesoma Mercy Obi, reportedly died on Wednesday in hospital after battling kidney disease for about a year.
DAILY GIST recalls how Ada Jesus had accused Prophet Odumeje of conniving with actress Rita Edochie and others to stage fake miracles.
The 27-year-old become online sensation after she pleaded for forgiveness from Prophet Odumeje, a popular Anambra Prophet, and veteran actress, Rita Edochie.
Prophet Odumejeje few days ago had announced that he had forgiven Ada Jesus for the accusations she made against him, then offered her family 1 million Naira to add towards her treatment.
She later became ill with kidney disease and was confined to a wheelchair and many people believed it was because of her outburst against the Prophet.
When her health declined, her family took her to Odumejeje’s church to beg for forgiveness.
Odumeje had vowed not to forgive her until she provides those she claims he connived with to stage miracles.
Rita Edochie also said Ada Jesus will not recover from the ailment.
She died on Wednesday morning at Zenith Hospital where she was receiving treatment.
But on Wednesday, Precious Chikwendu, via her social media, shared the last moment she had with Ada Jesus before she died. She also noted that Ada Jesus will always remain a huge part of her.
In her own words; She wrote;
”I will remember you with the last few days and the moments i spent with you. You prayed to get better and be different. You listened ,was receptive and appreciated the love you got, smiled more, made jokes out everything kingsley your husband did . A huge part of you wanted to stay but this was just too heavy for your body to take. May the almighty console your husband, he is indeed a good one, console your kids, parents and siblings. Do Rest in the arms of the almighty Mmesoma. Rest in peace Ada Jesus.”
