The Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo has been hospitalised following a recurrent pain on his leg.
Osinbajo’s media aide, Laolu Akande, who made this known in a tweet on his verified Twitter handle on Saturday, said the vice president is expected to undergo surgical procedure.
He did not, however, revealed the hospital that Osinbajo is undergoing treatment for the leg pain.
“VP Osinbajo is in the hospital today for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash.
“His doctors would give an update of the treatment later today,” Laolu said.
