Rampaging gunmen suspected to be terrorists on Friday have abducted a traditional ruler, Oniku of Iku, Mikaila Bello, along Owo – Ikare Akoko highway, Ondo State.
The monarch, according to a report by eons intelligence, was kidnapped alongside four others in the wee hours of Friday.
DAILY GIST reports that Owo, which is the hometown of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, recently witnessed a deadly attack on Catholic Church that led to the death of dozens of worshipers.
