Popular Activist and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore on Monday has been arrested in Abuja
Sowore was arrested at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday morning.
He had stormed the court over the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
The activist, it was gathered was arrested alongside his aide who was doing a live-stream of events in front of the court, was arrested by police officers.
Sowore tweeted at about 11:09 am that he was “just Arrested by @PoliceNG at the Federal High Court in Abuja!”
There is a presence of heavy security at the court.
However, Sowore, has been released after about an hour he addressed Journalists
