Report reaching DAILY GIST has indicated there were gunshots on Friday morning as factions of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) allegedly clashed in alimosho area of Lagos state.
The clash was said to have started on Friday morning, leaving people who were heading for work scampering for safety when the two warring factions violently engaged each other.
According to eyewitnesses, Property was said to have been vandalised and movement restricted in the area
Gunshots were also heard during the conflict over ticket collection at the parks.
DAILY GIST could not immediately reached the Spokesman for Lagos police command for comments.
