The federal government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities will resume discussions on Thursday over the ongoing strike.
The details of the meeting were contained in a letter addressed to various stakeholders on Wednesday.
DAILY GIST gathered that Afolabi Gambari, Chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, is also expected to be in attendance at the meeting.
According to the letter signed by C.C. Dike, special adviser (technical) to the labour minister, the meeting will hold at the banquet hall in the state house at 4pm.
Discussions at the meeting will focus on the ongoing ASUU strike, as well as the industrial action embarked upon by other organisations.
