The owner of Hilton Royal Hotel, Ile-Ife, Dr Ramon Adedoyin, and six other defendants arraigned in connection with the death of Timothy Adegoke, a master’s student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife have been denied bail by High court in Osogbo, Osun state.
DAILY GIST reports that Adedoyin was charged with an attempted felony, conspiracy, unlawful interference with Adegoke’s corpse, tampering with the hotel’s receipt and CCTV camera with the intent to destroy evidence that would prove that the victim visited the hotel
Justice Ojo in it’s ruling on Monday refused the bail application of the defendants stating that their health condition are not critical.
