Famous Nigerian Cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has pleaded guilty to a four-count charge of abuse of the naira and money laundering files against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
DAILY GIST reports that Bobrisky was initially arraigned on a six-count charge before Lagos court on Friday.
However, two of the charges were dropped following a discussion between the parties.
The crossdresser, who had been in the EFCC detention since Wednesday night following his arrest.
He failed to meet the administrative bail offered to him on Thursday.
While four of the charges are related to alleged naira abuse, the remaining two counts involve alleged money laundering.

When the charge was read during court sitting, the self-proclaimed transgender pleaded guilty to the first four counts bordering on naira abuse.
“Yes, I am guilty,” she replied to the charge.
Prior to this, the EFCC’s counsel, had sought Abimbola Awogboro, the presiding judge, to strike out counts five and six which are on the money laundering allegations.
Awogboro subsequently struck out counts five and six, paving way for the arraignment of Bobrisky on the abuse of the naira.
