The Nigerian government has unveiled an application portal for Nigerians willing to convert their vehicles from the use of petrol to Compressed Natural Gas, CNG
The National Orientation Agency made this known in a statement made available to Journalists on Wednesday.
The statement was titled “Payment plan to make it easier to switch to CNG.”
The statement said Nigerians who wished to make the switch to CNG could apply on the portal and spread payments in monthly installments.
The agency also highlighted flexible payment plans, noting that applicants will receive support through the process to ensure it is hassle-free.
The statement partly reads: “Switching to Compressed Natural Gas is now more accessible than ever. With flexible payment plans tailored to fit your budget, transitioning from petrol to CNG has never been smoother or more affordable.
“These payment options allow you to convert your vehicle now and pay later with affordable monthly installments at competitive rates.
