Applications for the 2025 Tony Elumelu Foundation Grant for entrepreneurs in Nigeria and other African countries have started.
The entrepreneurship grant seeks to empower women and men across the African continent with $5000 each, catalyzing economic growth, driving poverty eradication, and ensuring job creation.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) was founded in 2010 by Tony O. Elumelu, CON, an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who is passionate about Africa’s economic development.
Tony Elumelu Foundation Grant is focused on empowering underserved communities in Sub-Saharan Africa comprising men, women, youth, and the informal sector.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Grant is a $5m fund which provides access to funding, market opportunities, knowledge enhancement, and technical training for women entrepreneurs in Africa.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered forTony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Grant:
Be African entrepreneurs with startups or business concepts poised for growth.
Applicants must also be at least 18 years of age.
Have a business idea or a running business.
