The program, NITDA Digital Literacy For All Program seeks to create a digitally literate Nigeria where everyone can access opportunities, contribute to development, and secure a brighter future.
The NITDA Digital Literacy For All Program (DL4All) is an initiative empowering every citizen with the digital skills they need to thrive in today’s interconnected world.
NITDA is working with the Federal Ministry of Education to ensure that every Nigerian student graduates with 21st-century digital skills, from primary to tertiary institutions.
The program if followed will benefit Nigerian youths with relevant digital skills needed for survival in today’s world.
Based on the National Digital Literacy Framework (NDLF), digital literacy has six competence areas
