The Nigerian government through the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) has invited youths to apply for its 2025 free training on vocational skills.
The training comes with a payment of N100, 000 monthly stipends, internship grants or access small micro-credit loans.
NAPEP, is an anti-poverty initiative established by the federal government to tackle youths unemployment and mitigate poverty in the country.
The program focuses on vocational training for youths, access to internship grants, Micro-credit support for entrepreneurs, Job creation and so on.
For many Nigerian youths, the program is the start of a new life, from being jobless to running a small business.

ELIGIBILITY
– Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth
– Must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN)
– Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration
– Must have at least an O-Level certificate (WAEC/NECO/GCE)
– Currently unemployed, underemployed, or running a micro-business
– Must demonstrate interest in skills acquisition or enterprise development.

What Happens After Being Selected?
For trainees: You’ll join classes, practical workshops, and later receive a certificate.
For micro-entrepreneurs: You may get a grant or a low-interest loan.
For both: Business mentorship is often included, to help you sustain your business.
