He has benevolently and admirably initiated dozens of empowerment programs across the length and breadth of Orihionmwon to permeate the Council with the joy that comes with financial security, quality basic education, and to placate the brunts occasioned by the harsh economic conundrum the country currently confronts.
Unlike most politicians in this part of the world who aggressively duke it out for power without clear guides on how to better the fate of the masses upon ascension to office, Etin Odiase has again showed why he stands out from the crowd by thoughtfully and meticulously crafting a development strategy hinged on cogent determinants and palpable variables in the Local Government.
He selflessly presents himself as “ETIN” (Empowerment, technology, investment and network) for Orihionmwon Council, while also using a speed likened to that of Usain Bolt to pursue the “SHEE” agenda – Salaries, Security, Health, Education and Economy.
For Nigeria to begin to experience true development and progressive governance, is it highly imperative that we begin to throw out support behind people with credible and verifiable history. A man who has wholeheartedly and benevolently spent tens of millions from his personal coffers to assuage the unpalatable plight of his people will not turn to mortgage their comfort for personal gratification and bloated avarice if graciously given the mantle of leadership.
