President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly received COVID-19 vaccines as promised. This is coming after the federal government commences the vaccination on Friday.
DAILY GIST gathered that the president received the AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine at about 11:50a.m on Saturday inside the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Buhari was vaccinated by his personal physician, Dr. Suhayb Sanusi, a a brief ceremony witnessed by top government officials at the New Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Shortly after the President, Osinbajo was also vaccinated by his personal physician, Dr. Nicholas Audifferen, at about 11.57am.
